Special Notes:  Some 00-02 trucks were still built with the 88-99 body style. These are called "Classics" and take the 88-99 kits. Most kits will also fit the Dually trucks, except that the rear components usually have to be changed around (u-bolts, blocks, etc.) to get the truck level and you will need to deal with wheel issues on spindle style kits.
