These heavy duty upper control arms provide additional strength as well as extra caster for lifted applications. These arms can be combined with leveling kits and suspension kits up to 6" to help restore alignment issues as well as taking stress off of OEM ball joints. The Uniball ball joints allow additional articulation of suspension travel.

These upper control arms are built using the same materials and contruction techniques used by off-road racers. 4130 Chromoly Tubing, greasable bushings, Teflon lined American made Uniball bearings and 4340 heattreated Uniball pins with misalignment bushings are just some of the features on these arms.

The issue with most leveling kits for the newer Rams results from the stock upper ball joints being maxed out prior to the suspension fully drooping out when lifted more than 1" above stock. The ball joints are not designed for the extra strain when the suspension is bound up leading to premature ball joint failure.

These new heavy duty UCAs are engineered to correct this issue by repositioning the ball joint to allow a full range of motion when used with most leveling kit and suspension lifts.

    We here at TGC have been listening to our customers! We have made some improvements to our Dodge Ram short arms. Our short arms are still as beefy as the old style, but witha higher PV value, ptmeg bushing and DOM sleeve assembly, they just got a lot better. We also installed new screw in zerk fittings, with the upper arms now having a 90 and 45 degree head on them for easier accessibility when installed on the truck.
